Challenge

The company is a B2B Artificial Intelligence technology company that was looking towards the next stage of growth by expanding to the US market. With already strong traction in Europe, the company needed to establish their US presence and adapt the B2B sales model to acquire US enterprise customers. In addition, refinement of the company strategy was required to appeal to its first US angel and institutional investors.
