Our impact

We are a profit for good company

We believe entrepreneurship is the engine of our economy and should be accessible to all. Every client, partner, team and network member who works with us allows us to progress the agenda for diversity, equity and inclusion in entrepreneurship.

What does this mean?

By working with companies to support sustainable growth and value creation with robust business strategy, operations and financial discipline, we in turn amplify the impact those entrepreneurs can make for their own stakeholders.

How do we apply this in practice?

Our clients fees helps us deliver free entrepreneurial education and skills training for underserved and underrepresented communities  We currently do this  in 3 main ways:-

  • Ask that all our project team members dedicate at least 2 hours per month to deliver training sessions
  • Design and launch InBeta programs to edcuate and inspire underrepresented and female founders
  • Mentoring  for underserved founders and leaders

We are always looking for partners who share our impact mission –  please get in touch if you think your organisation could benefit from free entrepreneurial skills training from our consultants.

What is our impact goal?

By 2030, our target is to impact 10,000 diverse entrepreneurs and aspiring founders through our advisory, programs and pro-bono work. We provide a way for each of the stakeholders we intreact to contribute to this goal.
